Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create design solutions that have a high visual impact. The individual should be able to combine art and technology to create visually communicative designs. His/her designs shall cater to the company’s wide array of clients from products, services, webs, books, magazines, posters, mobile apps, corporate communication and corporate identity, i.e. giving the clients’ visual branding and presence. The role involves working to a brief agreed with the client and the account manager. The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.


  • Must have a strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite:
    InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator (Flash knowledge will be beneficial).
  • Must have artistic flair and have an eye for design.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Must be self-motivated, hard working, and work well against deadlines


Skills: Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and Database programming; advanced knowledge in ASP.NET web programming, C#.Net, Javascript, Classic ASP, Microsoft .NET frameworks and MS SQL Server; familiarity with windows OS functionality, usage, file systems and structures, organization, e-mail, researching and internet use among others; excellent oral and written communication skills; time management and organizational skills; and superb interpersonal skills.

Plus factor: Experience with Android, IOS and Delphi programming has bigger change of getting the position.

Specific work elements: Planning, developing, organizing, implementing, designing and evaluating web or desktop applications; developing a timeline for all projects; communications with clients and project team members; developing and presenting training materials; keeping up-to-date with web and desktop applications; and performing other related duties as assigned.

Job Description: The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.


Product / Market Plan

  • Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve objectives for products/services.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates your products/services in the market.
  • Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets
  • Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including but not limited to online, electronic media and direct mail.
  • Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross functional implementation of the plan.

Sales and Profitability Goals

  • Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the product and develop sales tools that will support the selling process of the products/services.
  • Hits monthly targets set by the company.
  • Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry economic trends.

Market Intelligence

  • Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry economic trends.

Demand Generation

  • Presentation of marketing/sales activity reports and presents to executive management.
  • Meets with key clients, negotiates and closes deals. Develop marketing presentations and pitch materials that will be used both internally and externally to help pitch new ideas, programs, promotions, etc.
  • Conceptualize and execute promotions for the ultimate goal of product/service sales.

Skills / Requirement

  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, sales and/or promotions.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Account Executive

The most talented Account Executives are able to align interests between the agency they serve and their client partners. They are effective conduits of communication and collaboration, serving as the means for the agency to establish effective working relationships with their clients. At Alouatta, we need Account Executives that can properly manage expectations, help teams in completing their deliverables, and maintain positive rapport with clients.

Job Description: The Account Executive is the client’s representative at the agency, and the agency’s representative at the client’s organization. He/She must be able to foster productive communication between the client and agency staff, identify common goals, and make sure that the relationship is profitable and effective for both the client and the agency. He/she provides client support to ensure that all assignments are executed accurately and within schedule. He/she must effectively execute strategies, and must be able to problem-solve and develop solid business relationships.


  • Managing a portfolio of clients and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them
  • Managing, reviewing progress, and delivering clients’ project requirements
  • Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current status of their projects.
  • Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining a good business relationship with existing clients.
  • Identifying accounts whose revenue may be declining in order to address potentially “at risk” clients and reach to them – ensuring the company is able to retain them.

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple clients
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing, or their equivalent (but preferably 1 to 4 years experience in any or all of these industries: Advertising/Media Planning, Public Relations, Marketing or equivalent)
  • At least a year working in any field is absolutely required for this position
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City
